Whether you want to move without pain, gain confidence in your body, or take your fitness to the next level, I love helping people discover what they’re truly capable of.
What is your go-to song during a workout?
Music is all about setting the mood for the moment. If I’m lifting heavy, it’s “Not Afraid —Till I Collapse” by Eminem, something that pushes me to dig deep. For focused mobility work, I go for something more chill, like “Hall of Fame” by THE SCRIPT—“Lose Yourself” by Eminem—it’s all about finding that balance between focus and motivation!
