Bio

I grew up playing sports and met my closest friends in the high school weight room. It became a passion that I wanted to share with others as I kept learning more and more about the human body. I always wanted to work hard, but didn’t know what exactly to do or how to push myself. Now, being in the position I am, I can be exactly what I needed when I was younger. I provide the support anyone needs to reach their goals, work hard and specifically target them, all while taking complicated concepts and making them simple. I’m here to educate, motivate, and push you to become a better person every single day you step foot in the gym.
