About me
Julia began her yoga teaching journey in 2018 in Hoi An, Vietnam after completing her 200-hour training in Hatha and Ashtanga styles. She has been teaching in the Ottawa community ever since. She brings a fiery energy to her classes and loves seeing her students reach their health and fitness goals. Julia is also certified in Aerial yoga and the Anti-Gravity Fitness and Restorative programs. 
Teaching Philosophy
Julia’s personal philosophy is that yoga is a practice, not meant to reach perfection, enjoy the journey and have fun along the way!
