About me
Sarah began her Pilates journey in 2004 here in Ottawa after a physio referral, and she quickly discovered the healing and injury prevention benefits of Pilates. 
Teaching Philosophy
She completed her Comprehensive Mat teacher training in 2008 and went on to complete her Reformer teacher training. Sarah attended a number of teacher training workshops with the late Ron Fletcher, one of the few Pilates elders trained by Joe Pilates.
