I enjoy working with a variety of clientele and meeting members where they are at in there fitness journey. My training style prioritizes body recomposition (fat loss and muscle growth) and strength building

Anything from NEFFEX when I am trying to hit a PR

How would you describe your approach to training?

I have always been into sports and working out since a very young age. My competitive itch has transitioned from team sports like soccer over to powerlifting in the past few years. Strength growth and empowering members to be their fittest selves are my biggest passions! Also deadlifting.
