FAQs

Are Small Group Training classes worth it?

Yes, small group training classes can be worth it for many people looking to improve their physical fitness and achieve their goals. Here are some reasons why:

Personalized attention: With smaller class sizes, trainers can provide more individualized attention and instruction, helping participants to improve their form and technique.

Motivation and accountability: Group training classes can provide a supportive and motivating environment, where participants can encourage and push each other towards their fitness goals.

Cost-effective: Small group training classes can be a more cost-effective alternative to one-on-one personal training sessions.

Social aspect: Group training classes can be a great way to meet new people and build a sense of community around fitness.

Variety of exercises: Small group training classes can offer a variety of exercises and workouts, which can help keep participants engaged and challenged.

How can I track my progress?

Diamond members will receive a 30 minute follow up Rx session every 6-8 weeks to continue to track their progress.

Can I still attend a session if I am late?

The warm ups are designed to reduce the risk of injury therefore for safety therefore arriving after the warm-up will result in late comers not being permitted to join the session.

What is your cancellation policy?

With only 20 spots available, we need to ensure members show up to booked spots as it takes away from another client. Booked sessions not attended or cancelled inside of 8 hours prior will incur a $15 late cancel fee.

What if I’m not a running-pro, can I still do classes in studio 2?

Yes, you can still attend those classes even if you aren’t overly comfortable running. Modifications can be made by your coach to accommodate injury or ability levels. Note* The classes DO require the ability to run and they are designed with that in mind. If you require modifications, the efficacy of the workout will be compromised. We encourage that you are at minimum comfortable jogging for a minimum of 15 minutes continuously.

How far in advance can I book LF3 Sessions?

LF3 sessions can be booked 7 days in advance.

I haven’t trained with weights before, is this right for me?

Of course! Our team of highly trained coaches are ready to work with and teach you how to safely perform all movements. Your Rx will also be able to customize which classes/coaches are best suited for your needs. Many clients find pairing 1/1 and LF3 is the quickest road to their fitness goals!

Will I be sharing equipment in the LF3 studio?

No, you have your own equipment. We have 20 individual Pods fully equipped with everything you will need for your session.

What is LF3?

LF3 stands for Lifestyle Fitness, based on three core pillars: Be Strong | Be Healthy | Be Resilient.
LF3 is Altea’s results-based, small group training and digital fitness solution. Think of LF3 as the place to go to get a customized 7-day training plan based on your goals and use small group training sessions to reach those goals. LF3 is bridge between personal training and studio fitness classes. You will experience the energy of group, with the individual coaching of personal trainers. LF3 has two different studios, one focusing on strength while the other prioritizes conditioning. Studio 1 will have lots of weights, bars and plates, while studio #2 has 20 treadmills and functional fitness equipment pieces. You will never do the same workout twice with LF3, each day of the week will be a totally different variation of strength or conditioning based on the training phase the coaches are guiding our members through.

Will my training package renew automatically?

No. Your personal trainer will present renewal options near the end of your current package to continue training.
