Hot Yoga

Roll out your mat, find your balance, and feel the warmth while the stress of the day melts away. With a temperature of 105 degrees (40 degrees Celsius) and 40% humidity, our Hot Yoga Studio offers a variety of classes from Ashtanga to Yin and everything in between.

I've been attending this gym since close to opening and have had an overall good experience. I mainly participate in yoga classes. Love the hot yoga studio! I also really value that there are classes all throughout the day. This gives me so much flexibility to find something that works for me. Recently discovered the reformer pilates and think it's a good value for such a small class. It's been helpful to use that when recovering from an injury.

Altea Active has some of the best classes I’ve personally taken. Spin, boxing & yoga is great. The facilities are very clean and members respect the space. Tonnes or cardio equipment and top of the line too. Restaurant menu is delicious and oversell a great social club and gym all around.

It’s a great place to work out. Amazing instructors with all kinds of workout classes. I especially love their hot yoga and spinning classes. Everybody is pretty welcoming here and they have a lot of social events. Plus, you can’t beat their sauna and steam.

"I was able to try my first-ever Power Yoga class with Alex Petroyama, and it was wonderful to say the least. Alex leads with grace and attention, being able to focus on every student despite it being a group class and I was able to tap into energy and balance I never knew I had! I had an incredible time at Altea so far! I absolutely love their hot yoga classes and zumba classes which are my favourite. The space is beautiful and clean - the atmosphere is very inviting & I love catching up with members over a delicious smoothie at the smoothie bar. The gym equipment is incredible and I really enjoy their treadmills which provide effective workout programs. Highly recommend this gym! Highly recommend this gym!
