CLASS DESCRIPTION

The Altea 20-20-20 is three workouts in one! This class is designed to challenge your entire body by making you work for one whole hour. Sweat through an intensive 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of strength training and 20 minutes of core work and stretching. Each session will be a completely different experience! This signature session will help you meet all your fitness goals. The Altea 20-20-20 pairs well with our Core Blaster class (for double the energy) or with our Core, Balance, and Stretch session (if you need to wind down). Main Studio/ E.


After this demanding (but rewarding) class, you will definitely want to kickstart your recovery in one of our two onsite hydrotherapy pools. Hydrotherapy has amazing benefits: it will help you ease joint pain, detox your system and boost immunity.
