Fundamentals 2 - These advanced sequences offer a fast-paced class to further explore new grips, traps, wraps and inversions of AntiGravity Aerial Yoga & Suspension Fitness. The prerequisite for this class is to have attended 5 AntiGravity Fundamentals 1 classes and to feel fully confident with the class content.
