CLASS DESCRIPTION

This beginner class introduces the fundamental principles of poses, alignment and breath work in the hot yoga studio. Emphasis is placed on safety, and stability within each pose. Gradually, these poses will be linked together into a gentle flowing sequence. If you have never tried yoga, this class is for you, or for those looking to continue the understanding of basic yoga poses. Hot Yoga Studio/ E.
