I recently just renewed my training because I\u2019m motivated to reach my goals, and I strongly feel that Patrick\u2019s knowledge and guidance will help me get there. He is kind and gentle with his approach, always making sure to work around my injuries and slowly strengthen the weak areas of my body so I\u2019m able to work out without the chronic pain I used to feel when at F45 or boxing classes (as they were too rigorous for someone with injuries).
