LF3 stands for Lifestyle Fitness, based on three core pillars: Be Strong | Be Healthy | Be Resilient.
LF3 is Altea’s results-based, small group training and digital fitness solution. Think of LF3 as the place to go to get a customized 7-day training plan based on your goals and use small group training sessions to reach those goals. LF3 is bridge between personal training and studio fitness classes. You will experience the energy of group, with the individual coaching of personal trainers. LF3 has two different studios, one focusing on strength while the other prioritizes conditioning. Studio 1 will have lots of weights, bars and plates, while studio #2 has 20 treadmills and functional fitness equipment pieces. You will never do the same workout twice with LF3, each day of the week will be a totally different variation of strength or conditioning based on the training phase the coaches are guiding our members through.
