There’s an old school saying in the gym, “No Pain, No Gain.” I personally, do not believe in this saying! I always look for pain free movements with my clients, helping them find the exercises that best suit their bodies and goals. I ensure my clients are moving properly, pain free and efficiently. I heavily prioritizing teaching the fundamentals first, mastering the basics before progressing to more advanced movements. Whether your goals are weight loss oriented, building muscle mass, strength oriented or just keeping yourself healthy as you age, I am confident in my skills to get you to where you want to be.
