How would you describe your approach to training?
My approach to training is about 1% improvements at a time. I firmly believe that movement and being physically active is a pillar to enjoying a long healthy life. Whenever I enter the gym to train my aim is to improve my physical abilities and health for my longevity. I love moving my body and I never want to take that for granted. This led me to calisthenics & movement training which has been the outlet that challenges me to push beyond my limitations and capabilities. I use training as a way to improve other aspects of my life as well such as my breathing, mental control, personal confidence and discipline. Training to me isn’t only about sets and reps but about everything else it has to offer to improve my life outside the gym. What I do inside the gym is difficult so that my life outside becomes easy.
