How would you describe your approach to training?
My goal is to lose you as a client! Yes, you heard that right. What do I promise to you? I promise that I will give you the knowledge and skills necessary to be able to train and succeed on your own. But only because you will then have all that you need to be the best you you can be! My passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals all while educating them on being the best version of themselves they can be! My past experiences range from working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Varsity Athletes; working as a Personal Trainer developing individualized programs and organizing Group Classes; working with post-rehab clients, pre-natal clients, and the general population. Along with all of that I am an avid donut lover and foodie who loves to eat what I want and can show you that you can look good, feel good, and eat good all at the same time!
