Are you currently accepting new members?
To ensure members have the best possible experience, there is a waitlist for new membership applications. You can join the waitlist for the opportunity to become a member when space becomes available.
Are there any fees associated with late cancellations or missed classes?
A charge for any late cancellations (8 hours prior to your reservation) or no-shows will apply. This $15 fee will heighten the level of accountability on booking commitments, ultimately helping to relieve waitlist congestion and deliver a better overall member experience. This fee applies to studio fitness, Reformer Pilates, LF3 and Active Kids Club bookings.
How far in advance can I book Studio Fitness classes?
Effective from July 1st, your favourite studio fitness classes will be available to book 7-days in advance (168 hours), allowing you to better pre-plan your fitness needs for the week ahead.
I want to purchase a guest day pass; how do I do that?
Guest Passes are available at reception at a per-day cost of $49.95 (without a member) & $39.95 (with a member). Guests will have in/out privileges throughout the same calendar day. Guests can book into one studio class within a 4-hour window. Recovery services are available for guests at an additional cost.
Can I transfer my membership?
All memberships except for Platinum Flex have transfer privileges.

Is there a cancellation fee?
If you cancel outside the allotted window (24 hours for Private and Semi-Private, you will lose the session credit. It is counted as one of your sessions attended)
If you cancel outside the allotted window (12 hours for Small Group) sessions, you will be charged a fee of $15 + tax.
Do I have to find my own people to go into a Small Group session with?
No, you can just sign up for the session.
How do I sign up for a session?
You can sign up through myaltea.club or by talking to a Pilates instructor who can book you in for Private, Semi-Private, or Small Group sessions.
Do I wear socks or go barefoot?
It is mandatory to wear anti-slip socks so you don’t slip. These can be purchased at the front desk as needed.
