Elite Training system, perfect for any level

The design of the reformer machine allows for fluid, controlled movements with minimal impact on your joints.

Reformer Pilates is a conditioning regime designed to address the body as a system where all movement stems from the trunk/deep core to correct muscular imbalances, and improve stability, strength and mobility, coordination and mind-muscle connection for better control and awareness.

Private, semi-private or small group sessions

Your Pilates instructor can tailor the workout to your individual needs, goals, and fitness levels. This focused approach ensures that the exercises are safe, effective, and suitable for your specific requirements, maximizing results.

Find the answers to your questions

Are there any fees associated with late cancellations or missed classes?

A charge for any late cancellations (8 hours prior to your reservation) or no-shows will apply. This $15 fee will heighten the level of accountability on booking commitments, ultimately helping to relieve waitlist congestion and deliver a better overall member experience. This fee applies to studio fitness, Reformer Pilates, LF3 and Active Kids Club bookings.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you cancel outside the allotted window (24 hours for Private and Semi-Private, you will lose the session credit. It is counted as one of your sessions attended)
If you cancel outside the allotted window (12 hours for Small Group) sessions, you will be charged a fee of $15 + tax.

Do I have to find my own people to go into a Small Group session with?

No, you can just sign up for the session.

How do I sign up for a session?

You can sign up through myaltea.club or by talking to a Pilates instructor who can book you in for Private, Semi-Private, or Small Group sessions.

Do I wear socks or go barefoot?

It is mandatory to wear anti-slip socks so you don’t slip. These can be purchased at the front desk as needed.

How long before I will see results or feel results?

Some results will be immediate, such as feeling more energized, and stronger. Like any other program, results will vary based on the individual. Commitment, consistency and effort will determine the level of results you will see 🙂

How often should I do Reformer Pilates?

By participating in Reformer Pilates 2-3 times per week you will see and feel noticeable results. Our expert coaches will motivate and guide you to get the most out of your sessions.

Once I have bought my package, which class do I book into if I am “new” to the Reformer?

You would book into any “Foundations” class, which will orient you to the reformer and Pilates repertoire and be taught at a slower pace. You may also book into, Booty & Core, Upperbody & Core, and Cardio & Core as the instructor will teach to all levels in the class.

I am “new” to Reformer Pilates, which class package do I purchase?

We recommend you purchase the 4-Pack Small Group Package, or a Single Drop-in Small Group Session or Single Private Session. Any other semi-private packages may be purchased since the instructor will teach to all levels in the sessions, providing modifications as needed.

If I have done Reformer Pilates Classes at another studio, how do I know which Session/Package to purchase?

You have the choice of purchasing Small Group session(s), as well as any Private or Semi-Private or any of these session types as a package. To learn more about the packages, please email Kat a kpower@alteaactive.com.
