CLASS DESCRIPTION

Take your training to the next level with our bootcamp sessions. These classes will challenge your entire body with a combination of cardio and targeted exercises to strengthen and tone your upper body, lower body and core. Each week you will be exposed to a variety of training techniques with different types of equipment – on-site, we have over 250 pieces of equipment to suit all your needs. Not challenging enough? Follow our Bootcamp with our signature Altea 20-20-20 workout  Coed Studio /I.


Post-workout (or even pre-workout, if you prefer!) luxuriate in one of our many recovery amenities, such as our Himalayan salt lounge, H2O lounge, sauna, steam room or take a dip in the whirlpool.
