Is the women’s studio locked when classes are not running?
No – It is the only studio left unlocked all day.
Are there women-only classes?
Yes, we have a studio dedicated for women-only.
Altea Winnipeg is located on original lands of Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota and Dene peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis Nation.
