I want to purchase a guest day pass; how do I do that?

Guest Passes are available at reception at a per-day cost of $49.95 (without a member) & $39.95 (with a member). Guests will have in/out privileges throughout the same calendar day. Guests can book into one studio class within a 4-hour window. Recovery services are available for guests at an additional cost.

Can I transfer my membership?

All memberships except for Platinum Flex have transfer privileges.

The stipulations surrounding a transfer are as follows:

  • Eligible members may only transfer their membership within their initial contract term.

  • Members must pay a transfer fee, that may change at the sole discretion of Altea Active. Currently there are two options available for eligible members:
    1. Transfer Option 1:   Fee: $99.95 + tax.  New member joins at the current membership rate and receives the term remaining on the agreement.
    2. Transfer Option 2:  Fee: $249.95 + tax.  New member joins at the previous member’s membership rate and receives the term remaining on the agreement.

If you cancel outside the allotted window (12 hours for Small Group) sessions, you will be charged a fee of $15 + tax.

Do I have to find my own people to go into a Small Group session with?
