Looking for a fun and challenging workout that will tone and strengthen your entire body? Our barre classes are the perfect solution! Inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga, our barre classes offer a low-impact, high-intensity workout that will leave you feeling strong, toned, and energized.

Led by our expert instructors, our barre classes combine strength training, cardio, and stretching to target all the major muscle groups in your body. You’ll use a ballet barre and light weights to perform small, isometric movements that sculpt and work your arms, legs, abs, and glutes.

But our barre classes are not just about physical fitness; they also offer a supportive and uplifting community where you can connect with like-minded individuals and feel motivated and inspired to reach your goals. With upbeat music and a fun and friendly atmosphere, our classes are the perfect way to relieve stress and have fun while getting fit.

FAQs

Can my friend or family member come for a class with me? Is there an age limitation?

Yes, as long as they are over 12 years old, a current member or visitor with a valid Guest Pass. Please note that guests are limited to walk-in availability.

Does Altea Active cater to all fitness levels & age groups?

Yes, all classes provide progressions and modifications. We use acronyms for levels: E=Everyone, I=Intermediate, A=Advanced to help you choose the right level for your workout.

How often does your fitness schedule change?

The schedule is seasonal with slight changes for Summer/Fall/Winter/Spring. It will also adjust based on member feedback to ensure that Altea Active is always delivering the best possible experience.

You’ve advertised 120+ studio fitness classes. Are they included with my membership?

All members have full access to best-in-class boutique offerings within the clubs CYCLE Studio, Hot Yoga Studio, Fusion Studio, and Main Studio that will feature an amazing array of classes, including Anti-Gravity Fitness, boxing, dance, strength and more.

The LF3 small group training studio is a feature of the Diamond Membership, but is also available to other membership tiers with a drop-in fee. The Pilates Reformer Training will be available as an additional service for members.
