Our mat Pilates classes offer a challenging and rewarding workout that targets your core, upper body, and lower body. You’ll learn to move with control and precision, engaging your muscles mindfully and intentionally.

Connect body & mind

Our experienced instructors will guide you through each class, offering modifications and adjustments to ensure you feel challenged but safe. You’ll learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices that will help you connect with your body and calm your mind. 

Pilates is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. You don’t need any prior experience in Pilates or fitness to enjoy the benefits of this low-impact practice. 

Altea Active: West 6 will also offer Pilates Reformer small group training, a progression based program. Members can participate in either 1 on 1, semi – private, or small group on the Balance Body Studio Reformer.
