Functional Training For Maximum Results

Our strength classes offer a variety of exercises, including weightlifting, resistance training, and bodyweight exercises. You’ll learn proper technique and form, as well as how to use different types of equipment to maximize your results.

With a focus on functional training, our strength classes will help you develop a strong, resilient body that can tackle any challenge life throws your way. You’ll build strength and endurance, improve your posture and balance, and reduce your risk of injury.

But our strength classes are not just about physical fitness; they also offer a supportive and empowering community where you can connect with like-minded individuals and feel motivated and inspired to reach your goals.


Can my friend or family member come for a class with me? Is there an age limitation?

Yes, as long as they are over 12 years old, a current member or visitor with a valid Guest Pass. Please note that guests are limited to walk-in availability.

Does Altea Active cater to all fitness levels & age groups?

Yes, all classes provide progressions and modifications. We use acronyms for levels: E=Everyone, I=Intermediate, A=Advanced to help you choose the right level for your workout.

How often does your fitness schedule change?

The schedule is seasonal with slight changes for Summer/Fall/Winter/Spring. It will also adjust based on member feedback to ensure that Altea Active is always delivering the best possible experience.

You’ve advertised 120+ studio fitness classes. Are they included with my membership?

All members have full access to best-in-class boutique offerings within the clubs CYCLE Studio, Hot Yoga Studio, Fusion Studio, and Main Studio that will feature an amazing array of classes, including Anti-Gravity Fitness, boxing, dance, strength and more.

The LF3 small group training studio is a feature of the Diamond Membership, but is also available to other membership tiers with a drop-in fee. The Pilates Reformer Training will be available as an additional service for members.
