Technique-first boxing in the Boxing Studio on Carling Avenue, gloves provided, from The Toolbox to The Sweat Box.
The studio becomes a place to sharpen attention as much as technique. Each round builds composure under effort, turning intensity into a more confident, coordinated way of moving.
Technique before output
The work begins with stance, timing, and control. Even the higher-intensity formats are built on the same foundation: learning how to move, strike, defend, and recover with intention.

Power, precision, conditioning
The formats let members choose their relationship to skill, rhythm, and intensity.
- The Toolbox builds fundamentals and confidence.
- The PRO BOX sharpens skill progression and athletic coaching.
- The Sweat Box, The Quick Box, and The Kick Box layer conditioning, speed, rhythm, and explosive movement.

Confidence you can feel
Boxing brings a different kind of presence into the Altea ecosystem. It is athletic and cathartic, but still refined: a place to build endurance, coordination, power, and confidence without turning the experience into a fight gym.
