[FAQ]

Questions, answered

What to know about the club between workouts. Club teams can help with anything specific to your location.

What's in the club besides training?

Depending on your club: a smoothie bar and grab-and-go, coffee, member lounges, coworking spaces, and court sports like pickleball and padel.

Can I work from the club?

Yes. Every club has quiet coworking spaces with wifi — plenty of members train, shower, and take their afternoon calls without leaving.

Do the lounges and coworking cost extra?

No — they're part of the club. Food and drinks are the only things on your tab.

Which clubs have pickleball or padel?

Pickleball is at Ottawa today, with more coming at West Edmonton — which also opens with padel courts. Court sports vary by club, so check your club's page.

Can I bring someone who isn't a member?

Guests are welcome with a guest pass — ask the front desk. The café and lounges are the easiest place to meet someone mid-visit.
