Personal training
An open floor built for serious self-directed training, and certified coaches for when you want structure. From your Baseline Rx to movement education, masterclasses, and one-on-one programming — all under one roof.
Every membership starts with a baseline: a body composition scan, a nutrition plan, a movement session. Personal training takes it from there — a coach who turns your data into a plan, and your plan into progress.

Questions, answered
What to know about training at Altea, from the open floor to one-on-one coaching.
Do I need a trainer to use the training floor?
No — the open gym floor is included with membership. Personal training is there when you want structure and accountability, not a requirement.
How do I get started with a trainer?
Start with your complimentary Baseline Rx — it gives your trainer real data to build from. Then speak with the team at your club and they’ll match you with the right coach for your goals.
Are Altea trainers certified?
Yes. Every personal training session is led by a certified personal trainer — the same standard behind our LF3 and Signature studio classes.
What is the Baseline Rx?
A complimentary starting point included with every membership: an Evolt 360 body composition analysis, personalized macronutrient and nutrition recommendations, and a 7-day personalized fitness and wellness plan.
Can I combine personal training with classes?
Absolutely — most members do. Your trainer can show you where classes fit your plan, so the two work together instead of competing for your week.
