Rhythm rides in Bridgwater with the music running the room and SPD-SL shoes provided at the door.
The room gives the effort momentum. Music, coaching, and the shared pace help you stay present through the hard parts, then leave with energy that carries into the rest of your day.
Rhythm as structure
The ride is led by the playlist, but grounded in work. Climbs, sprints, choreography, and recovery are shaped around cadence and resistance so the class feels musical, athletic, and easy to follow once the body catches the beat.

Choose the energy
The ride can shift in energy without losing its rhythm-led structure.
- MainStage brings a big, communal ride experience.
- Rave Room and Underground lean darker, more immersive, and more focused.
- Unlock Your Ride helps members build confidence with beat-based cycling foundations.

Your ride. Your rhythm.
Inside Altea's ecosystem, Cycle gives members a clean, music-led way to train endurance without needing to plan a workout alone. It can stand as the day's sweat, or sit between strength, Pilates, recovery, and the rest of the club experience.
