Small-group strength with your own station, a certified trainer and a program that progresses every eight weeks.
Structure changes the experience of strength. With a station ready, a coach nearby, and progression built into the work, you can focus less on planning and more on moving well.
Your own station, your own path
The LF3 Strength experience gives members room to train with focus: individual stations, purposeful equipment, and coaching that keeps the work personal even when the energy is shared.

Periodized progress
The formats move through recovery, heavy lifting, higher-volume strength, and strength-conditioning pairings.
- Some sessions create room to rebuild and refine movement quality.
- Others emphasize heavier strength, volume, or athletic output.
- The goal is a smarter training rhythm, not random variety.

Coaching inside the ecosystem
LF3 Strength is one of the clearest expressions of Altea's promise: expert guidance, structured progression, and a path members do not have to design alone. For Diamond members, it can also connect naturally to a more supported training journey through Rx and accountability touchpoints where available.

Class formats
LF3 Strong | Shred
Strength, conditioning, and power in one session. Strength exercises are paired with dynamic conditioning work to create a higher-output class that builds power, stamina, and control.
LF3 Strong | Reps
A full-body strength workout focused on building lean muscle through higher volume. Moderate weight and higher rep ranges create muscle fatigue, improve endurance, and help drive definition.
LF3 Strong | Heavy
A full-body strength workout built around heavy lifting. Start with low-rep, high-weight sets for focused strength work, then move into targeted accessory exercises that support your main lifts and build well-rounded progressive strength.
LF3 Move | Recover
Your active reset. Expect a lower-intensity version of our traditional Move class, blending core and cardio work with foundational movement patterns and mobility-focused sequences.
