Thirteen Allegro 2 Reformers steps from King West, with formats that take you from your first class to your strongest.
The Reformer makes resistance precise and feedback immediate. Each spring setting and coached adjustment helps you find alignment, control, and strength without relying on speed or impact.
A quieter kind of strength
Reformer work does not need volume to feel powerful. Each movement is shaped by resistance, breath, alignment, and time under tension, creating a full-body practice that builds stability without relying on impact or speed.

Progression with purpose
The format ladder gives members a clear way to begin and advance.
- Toolbox builds confidence with the apparatus.
- Reform develops full-body fluency.
- Assets, Power, and Precision add more specific strength, control, and intensity as the practice deepens.

A practice that supports the whole plan
Reformer pairs naturally with strength training, mobility work, and recovery. For members building a more intentional routine through Altea's ecosystem, it becomes a way to refine how the body moves, not simply another class on the schedule.
