Heated and non-heated yoga in two studios near King West, from slow Yin to Power Vinyasa.
Some days call for stillness; others ask for heat, flow, or strength. Yoga gives you the range to meet the body where it is and create balance around the rest of your training.
Practice with range
The yoga schedule spans stillness, alignment, flow, power, and mobility. Some classes slow the body down; others ask for stamina and control. Together, they give members more than flexibility: they create a language for recovery, focus, and movement.

Stillness, heat, flow, strength
The yoga formats meet different needs inside the same practice.
- Yin, Hatha, and Slow Flow & Yin support stillness, grounding, and recovery.
- Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa bring more heat, flow, and stamina.
- Mobility & Stretch helps members rebuild range and support the rest of their training.

Recovery as a discipline
Inside Altea's ecosystem, yoga is part of the same commitment as training and recovery: a way to keep the body capable and help members return to a steadier rhythm. It is not the opposite of performance; it is one of the ways performance becomes sustainable.
