I am a heart centered person who loves spending time with my dog, my people and mother nature. Off the yoga mat, you can find me at Past Lives (my vintage clothing store), a local coffee shop or a rock concert!
Teaching Philosophy
Yoga has given me the framework to find an ease and deep connection to who I am. It is an honour to offer this framework to others and see how it influences their lives. I teach classes that make us feel strong and open in our bodies, woven with ancient wisdom and practical mindfulness. Uniquely experienced in mindfulness and meditation, my classes are truly transformative for the body and mind. My classes have been described as ‘an inner massage for the body and brain’.
