I believe in letting the practice of Yoga speak for itself.
I lead my students to find stillness in motion.
I believe movement is medicine, crawl, walk, run.
Yoga is about doing very simple things that are easy to do and difficult to master.
At the core of these things are: Breathing, Stillness, and Awareness.
I value consistency, determination, and having fun.
I think being at leisure is an important human need and I try to help my students get to a state of leisure through recreation, primarily through Yoga.
I teach strong, dynamic, challenging Power yoga classes.
My Yin class are deeply quiet, healing, and restorative.
I keep my classes engaging and accessible to new beginners and pros alike.
Yoga classes should be accessible to everyone, students are very capable it’s our job to develop that capacity.
