Jean embraces movement as a whole-body expression integrating co-creation (mind) and intention (heart). 

Teaching Philosophy
With being classically ballet-trained since childhood; discovering the self-healing path of yoga after childbearing years; and utilizing the Pilates Foundations for post-concussive recoveries, Jean brings excellence, lived experience, and artistic athleticism into her practice and in-class guidance.
