About me

Julie started practicing yoga as a young adult, mainly to compliment her workout routine. She quickly noticed the benefits weren’t all physical. She taught my first class in 2005. She found herself in rural Kenya volunteering at a primary school teaching physical education. That’s the beauty of yoga, you can practice anywhere with no equipment. She realized she enjoyed it, so decided to become certified in 2007.
