About me
I am a movement specialist and yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. I teach in a Vinyasa style infused with mobility work, encouraging students to explore their practice beyond traditional boundaries. With training in a variety of yoga styles, recovery and mobility, I like to blend strength, fluidity, and mindfulness to create an experience that is both challenging and accessible.
Teaching Philosophy
I believe that stepping outside of our comfort zones allows us to uncover hidden potential, and in doing so, we create space for growth and change. Each time you step onto your mat, I strive to offer a unique and intentional experience, where movement becomes a balance of effort and ease, strength and softness, work and play. The yoga studio is more than just a space to move—it’s a community where we recognize our individual strengths, learn to soften expectations, and feel connected to those around us.
