Kyle is a lifelong learner. He began teaching group fitness classes over twenty years ago. He teaches a range of class styles, while also training and mentoring aspiring fitness instructors. In his spare time, Kyle promotes drowning awareness as a Lifesaving Society National Lifeguard Instructor, Swim Instructor Trainer, and First Aid and CPR Instructor.
Teaching Philosophy
Kyle’s teaching style is equal parts challenging and supportive. His classes bring together elements of strength, cardiovascular training, and mindfulness — all set to pop-infused electronic dance music.
