About me
Fitness has always been a core part of my life. I’m a classically trained dancer with a background in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and more, studying both the Cecchetti and Royal Academy of Dance Ballet methods. My journey also guided me to cheerleading, where I had the incredible experience of winning bronze at the World Championships. All of these experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for strength, discipline, and the pure joy that movement brings. I’ve had the opportunity to further my passion for fitness by training in Milan, Italy—where I discovered my love for Reformer Pilates. I love the power of group fitness as it creates strong communities and lasting connections. My goal is to foster an inclusive space where people from all walks of life can come together, challenge themselves, and support each other on their fitness journeys.
Teaching Philosophy
My goal is to make fitness accessible and empowering for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to Pilates, I’m here to support you on your journey. My classes foster self-love, gratitude for your body, and confidence in your ability to grow stronger. I create an environment that’s both playful and disciplined, offering alternatives for all fitness levels. With a background in dance and athletics, I emphasize correct form, posture, and control. I want members to leave each class feeling accomplished, refreshed, and challenged.
