Natasha has been blending yoga, nutrition, and energy work since 2004 to help others feel vibrant in mind, body, and soul. Certified in 2016 with a 200-hour yoga teacher training, Natasha has advanced expertise in Vinyasa, Hatha and restorative yoga. Natasha is known for intelligent alignment and creative sequencing in her dynamic movement classes.
