Training enthusiast who originally started practicing yoga for the meditation component and fell in love with movement. He loves learning and teaching things especially related to growth & development. He also loves watching netflix series right before bed.  
Teaching Philosophy

One day or day one. He believes healthy challenge is an important part of growth. Every person has the choice & capacity to choose when to push harder and when to back off & its up to us to figure out when each of those choices serve us best.
