Stacey has been teaching group fitness for over 17 years, and teaching yoga for over 13 years. She got into yoga 20+ years ago thinking it was the perfect Sunday reset before returning to the office on a Monday, which then became an almost daily after work, then before work, and occasionally during work enjoyment before she realized it was more a calling than an escape.
Since then, she’s learned to slow down, no longer use it as an escape but more as a way to connect with herself, and enjoy helping people do the same – whether it’s a moment to unwind, a moment to stretch, or a moment to strengthen areas that may need help for other daily activities.
She’s an outdoor enthusiast, grew up racing and teaching skiing, swimming, and now can be found outdoors hiking, foraging mushrooms, mountain biking, snowboarding, playing on her Stand Up Paddle Board, and pretending she enjoys going for a run.
