Movement has been part of Talia’s life since she can remember as a dancer. Pilates was the perfect addition to a balanced workout routine. She loves a tough workout class to challenge me and see how she can push herself every day.
Teaching Philosophy
It is so important to maintain flexibility while becoming the strongest version. Knowing your form is half the battle which is why she ensures to emphasize which muscle groups you should be recruiting, alignment and posture to keep the body healthy while gaining strength.
