How would you describe your approach to training?
My approach to training is based in strength training and Pilates. I believe in training hard, lifting heavy and pushing yourself while also allowing yourself to listen to your body and be flexible when needed. You’re not always going to feel 100% or full of energy each workout. It’s important to meet yourself where you’re at day by day and give your best each workout. If that means taking the intensity down a notch, that’s okay! Showing up for yourself consistently is the most important part!
