I’ll cover topics including form, how to get more out of your training, how to minimize pain, and how to improve strength, mobility, and flexibility. My focus is teaching my clients how to become more attuned to their mind and body while exercising. I love empowering my clients to achieve their goals while also educating them on how to become more independent so that they can succeed on their own as well.
