Diamond Members at Altea Ottawa enjoy personalized training plans, monthly tracking, and unlimited LF3 sessions in two dedicated studios: purpose-driven, small group, functional strength and conditioning training led and monitored by expert coaches.

REFORMER PILATES​

Embrace movement and transform your body with Reformer Pilates. This full-body workout builds long, lean muscles while focusing on functional movement control, core strength, and posture. Available in small-group sessions or one-on-one training.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Olympic lifting platforms with bumper plates, a wide selection of TechnoGym-connected equipment, cables, dumbbells, barbells, and all the tools you need for your strength training workouts.

AQUATICS

All members enjoy access to Altea’s premium 25-meter lap pool, hydrotherapy pools, sauna, and ice lounge. Work out or unwind and recover in Aquatics: the perfect space for both.

CARDIO TRAINING
