LF3 SMALL GROUP FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & conditioning

Diamond Members at Altea Ottawa enjoy personalized training plans, monthly tracking, and unlimited LF3 sessions in two dedicated studios: purpose-driven, small group, functional strength and conditioning training led and monitored by expert coaches.

REFORMER PILATES​

Embrace movement and transform your body with Reformer Pilates. This full-body workout builds long, lean muscles while focusing on functional movement control, core strength, and posture. Available in small-group sessions or one-on-one training.

PICKLEBALL

Play, practice, and compete with Altea’s 6-court indoor Pickleball club. Grab your paddles, stay active, and have fun!

AQUATICS

All members enjoy access to Altea’s premium 25-meter lap pool, hot tub, and steam rooms. Work out or unwind and recover in Aquatics: the perfect space for both. (Aquatics to open Spring 2025)

STRENGTH TRAINING

Olympic lifting platforms with bumper plates, a wide selection of TechnoGym-connected equipment, cables, dumbbells, and barbells—plus a dedicated space with everything you need to power through HYROX-inspired workouts.

CARDIO TRAINING

Cardio training at Altea goes beyond basic treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, bikes, and rowing machines. Our TechnoGym-connected equipment features personalized entertainment and integrated cardio training programs to help you get the most out of your sessions.
