Bolt

Hit it hard ... And do it again!
This goal-oriented, result-driven, high-intensity class uses drills & intervals to push your limits. This ride simulates varied terrain as you spin through rolling hills, sprints, and other drills to create the best interval workout.

Altitude

Get Ready! ... This is one Hill of a ride!
A game-changer for the rider’s training for any type of cardiovascular fitness activity. By training at altitude, your body is forced to work harder, making workouts much more challenging and time efficient.

Are there any fees associated with late cancellations or missed classes?

A charge for any late cancellations (8 hours prior to your reservation) or no-shows will apply. This $15 fee will heighten the level of accountability on booking commitments, ultimately helping to relieve waitlist congestion and deliver a better overall member experience. This fee applies to studio fitness, Reformer Pilates, LF3 and Active Kids Club bookings.

How much are indoor cycle classes?

Indoor group cycle classes are included in all membership tiers at Altea Active.

Are indoor cycle classes hard?

Indoor cycle classes can be challenging, but the level of difficulty can vary depending on several factors, including the instructor, the duration of the class, the intensity level, and the individual’s fitness level. If you are new to group cycle classes, try sitting close to the instructor, letting them know you are a beginner and go at your own pace.

How long are indoor cycle classes?

Most classes are 45-55 minutes, and this includes warm-up and cool-down time.

What type of shoes or cleats do I need?

Any running shoes will be okay to participate in a cycle class as the bikes have straps to keep your feet on the pedals. Cycle bikes at Altea use SPD/Shimano cleats.
