Started off in school to be a Nurse and lived the aspect, learning the biology of how the body work,s but wasn’t willing to pursue nursing as a career. I wanted to take a year off to “work on myself” and found a passion for fitness. Being quite skinny and smaller than all my friends, fitness gave me the confidence I needed as I started to notice more positive changes in myself, as well as my mindset. My own progress inspired my friends to join me, and seeing progress together pushed me to try personal training as a hobby.
I took this passion one step further and challenged myself to enter a bodybuilding show to see how far I could push my body and mind to persevere through the gruelling training and dieting process. After learning a lot about the relationship between dieting, mindset, and training. I took what I gained from my own coach and applied it with my clients in terms of mindset, as well as a strategy that works for clients to lose fat and gain muscle. I gained more understanding of isolation exercises that can assist with sculpting a physique based on the clients’ goals.
Once I obtained the proper certifications, I started working with clients and started to notice changes in not only their physiques, but also their entire lifestyle improved for the better, which motivated me to pursue this career path!
