How would you describe your approach to training?
My approach to training revolves around getting the human body moving as close to the way it was designed to be, fixing the root cause of every issue and doing away with band-aid solutions. Quality over quantity, focusing on how to use fitness as a force multiplier and enhance every aspect of one’s life, not just burning out. Look better, move better, enjoy a variety of activities inside and outside the gym, and build a lifestyle that can encompass the true value of wellness.
