This is a type of suspension training that uses exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core strength. This class utilizes a TRX Suspension Trainer, which allows the participant to use their own body weight to perform the exercises. Modifications can be made to suit any fitness level! For those that like to push the limits to the extreme, this class is the perfect complement to our Anti-Gravity Fitness Sessions. Main Studio/I.
